                               RESOLUTION NO. 20667
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                  CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                  TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                  STP-M-1122(1), SHALLOWFORD ROAD, GUNBARREL
                  ROAD TO JENKINS ROAD, WITH CHATTANOOGA'S SHARE
                  TO BE FORTY-NINE THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS
                  ($49,600.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation relative to Contract No. STP-M-1122(1), 
Shallowford
       Road, Gunbarrel Road to Jenkins Road, with Chattanooga's share to 

       be twenty percent (20%) of the cost or $49,600.00.
